• Design of BACUS (BAse de Coneixement UniverSitari – University Knowledge Base). BACUS is a terminological database made by the research work by students in the fourth year at their studies at the Translation Faculty. Some expert advisors collaborated, as professors from Geology, Pharmacology, Business crisis, Epidemiology, Geography and Photochemistry Departments. BACUS currently has about 35,000 concepts and more than 80,000 denominations. Interactive Educational Teaching Office OAID supported the project. • Project 161610 to compile 500 terms of the Spanish on Forest Regeneration in collaboration with the Saarland University (Saarbrücken) and the Center for Ecological Research and Forestry Applications (CREAF) – UAB. Spanish terms for a multilingual database with equivalences in Spanish, English and German using MultiTerm. 

1994-1995:
• Full-time researcher and implementer in the Computational Linguistics Research Group of the University of Barcelona -GILCUB-, Bosch i Gimpera Foundation. Participation in the following projects: 1) MULTEXT (LRE62050, 3rd CE R & D Framework Program, Research Line: Telematic systems of general interest, area 6: Research and linguistic engineering). The project goals are: developing software standards for corpora extraction, verifying and extending the conventions based on the TEI (Text Encoding Initiative) with specifications especially dedicated to multilingual corpora, processing natural language for a Machine Translation system based on corpora. 2) TRADE (LMAP9303-Multilingual Action Plan, CEE). The TRADE project goal is to design a pre-industrial Operational System based on the resources and technology developed for the EUROTRA program. 

1990-1993:
• Full-time researcher and implementer in the Machine Translation system ATLAS developed by FUJITSU according to the C1135 collaboration agreement between FUJITSU-SPAIN and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Creation of the generation-grammar and the dictionary for Spanish words and terms.

1988-1989:
